At ConvertOldAudio, we pride ourselves that we can transfer your music (or any other type of audio if it comes to that) on to exactly the medium that suits the way you like to listen.

Audio

We can convert audio from any of the following:

Records
including 78s where we're using a high quality cartridge with a 78 stylus top achieve the best quality possible - bearing in mind it's a 78!! We record 78s at 45rpm & then electronically adjust the speed which achieves optimum results.

Mini Discs

Audio Cassettes

Reel to reel tapes- both half track (twin track) and quarter track (four track) - although this is often quite complex and will be subject to an extra charge).

CDs

VHS video tapes

DVDs
Tapes from dictating machines or answering machines that use micro cassettes
Any current digital audio format like MP3, WMA, aaf and the latest IPod and I-Phone formats. We can even handle the strangely named Ogg Vorbis format.


We would then transfer your chosen audio to any of the following:


Audio CD

CD in MP3 format (holds up to 10 times more tracks than a CD but still with excellent quality but doesn't work on many CD players

DVD (even more space for tracks) but doesn't work on many CD players

MP3 player (like an IPod)

Many mobile phone types

USB drive

Cassette tape

Mini disc

An external, portable hard drive or media player
Video
  • We transfer cine films in Standard 8 or Super 8 format.
  • We can also transfer VHS video tapes (and Mini VHS tapes) plus Video 8 and Digital 8 cassettes to DVD.
  • We can edit your video in practically any format and produce DVDs.
  • We can transfer slides to digital images or CDs/DVDs
  • We can video an event for you (phone us to discuss as there are some limitations).
  • We can record from BT 1571 ansaphones or most other types of land line ansaphones
  • Also talk to us about your 'Region' problems (incompatibility) of your DVDs
  • We can video an event for you (phone us to discuss as there are some limitations).

  • Cleaning up the audio tracks
  • Equipment for recording meetings or play readings. These can then be put on to virtually any audio format.

  • In fact any aspect of making your old audio tracks easy for you to listen to.
  • We can record any song, play or other production & reproduce it on a CD.
